What participants have said about past voice workshops:

An excellent opportunity to comfortably experiment with the full range of vocal possibilities and shed constricting habits of speech. (Cr Celia Wade Brown)
An excellent combination of theory and practice. Treating voice and performance in a holistic sense. (Stephen Hartley, Lecturer, Victoria University)
A holistic approach to voice - exercises and theory; a 'vocal circus', 'vocal olympics,' fun!

What participants valued about past Performance 1 workshops:

This workshop will help you use your body in ways that are helpful and useful in work and play. It is also great fun! (Jo Walton, Professor of Nursing, Victoria University)
Learning to free up my body and use it in communicaton. (Chris Uljee, Director, Bright Communications Ltd)
An opportunity to lose your inhibitions and explore the use of body language and performance in a fun environment. An excellent accompaniment to Voice 1. (Stephen Hartley, Lecturer, Victoria University)

Oct to Dec 2007 Performance 2 workshop feedback (this workshop is being made into a documentary to be aired on Triangle Television in 2009):

I valued building and adding to a character, and feeding off other people's ideas and vice versa.
It's a fun, creative and most enjoyable way to express yourself. It can also be quite a challenge. I recommend it if you want to leave your comfort zone and see what you can do, and achieve.
Sharon Williams, Senior Communications Advisor, Office of the Mayor, Wellington City Council
